After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in interior design from Texas State in San Marcos, Mr. Leal had the fortunate opportunity to intern with Billy W. Francis. The Legendary Hall of Fame Interior Designer out of New York. And to this day considers it a very humbling experience. Mr. Leal was introduced to custom home building at a very early age while working with his uncle. And later went on to perfect his home building skills as a real estate investor by purchasing REO bank foreclosures from local banks. And rebuilding and renovating them to resell to the public..
At Roman Leal Construction & Design, we build the future from the ground up. RLC&D is a Construction and Interior Design firm founded in 1999 and we service clients in Austin and the surrounding areas. Although we specialize in new construction and full remodels, no job is too small. At RLC&D, every construction project is unique in scope, and we seek to get involved early in the design process so we can identify and eliminate challenges that could hinder a successful project. We have a team of talented personnel who are committed to exceptional client service, and we have the specialized experience, skill and dedication to develop and deliver an exceptional product.
